Shipping
We ship worldwide from our studio in Malmö, Sweden. All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Sweden
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by PostNord in 1–2 days.
Denmark
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all orders to Denmark, delivered by PostNord in 1–2 days.
European Union
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers express shipping with DHL on all orders within the European Union, delivered in 1–3 days. Shipping is included on all orders above €165, for orders under that the shipping cost is €20.
VAT is included in all EU orders.
Rest of the world
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers climate compensated express shipping with DHL to most countries outside the European Union, delivered in 1–4 days. For countries not covered by DHL, we offer standard shipping with PostNord (7–14 days). The shipping cost is included on all orders above €250, for orders under that the shipping cost is €35.
For orders outside the EU, taxes and duties are not included and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. To estimate these costs prior to purchase, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that shipments to rural areas may result in longer delivery times. This might also apply to shipments being held for inspection by the customs at the destination.
Returns
Sara Robertsson Jewellery wants you to be pleased with your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a 14 day refund policy subject to the following terms:
-Prior to shipping any return/exchange contact customercare@sararobertsson.com stating your order number.
-Any unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their intact original packaging and shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
-Domestic Swedish returns will receive a pre-paid return label.
-International returns are at your own expense. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
-Damaged or missing returns are your responsibility, therefore we recommend that you pack the items safely and ship the return by registered mail.
All refunds will be carried out within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Late returns
Returns received after the 14-day return window are accepted at our discretion and will be refunded as store credit only.
We cannot guarantee a cash refund for items returned outside the specified timeframe.
Uncollected Parcels (Orders Outside Sweden)
If a shipment is not collected from the designated pickup point or after a delivery attempt and is returned to us, the order will not be treated as a standard return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, duties or additional costs incurred as a result of the parcel being uncollected are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
Exchanges
Purchased items may be exchanged for a different size, finish or for another item, subject to stock availability.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customercare@sararobertsson.com and include your order number along with the item you wish to exchange to. You will then receive further return instructions.
Exchanges are processed as soon as possible after the returned item has been received and are normally handled within up to 5 business days, depending on the product and availability.
If the new item has a higher price, the difference must be paid prior to shipment. If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
For international orders, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address and order value.
Please note that we do not offer return or exchange on special orders such as adjusted sizes, custom-made designs or limited edition items.
Quality guarantee
To enjoy and prolong the life of your jewellery, follow the care instructions carefully. Always treat your piece/s with care. If you receive an item classified as faulty or damaged you must contact us at customercare@sararobertsson.com within 7 days of receipt. State your order number and the name of the item and describe the damage. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. Sara Robertsson Jewellery quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Sara Robertsson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for:
-Changes, defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or aging.
-Any item damaged as a result of not following the care instructions for example damage caused by improper use or storing or by carelessness, for example by adjusting a ring or an earring post too vigorously.
If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Sara Robertsson Jewellery will repair/replace your order within 2–3 weeks upon receiving the return.
