Ordering & Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Malmö, Sweden within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.
 
Sweden
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 days.
 
European Union
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free climate compensated express shipping with DHL on all orders within the European Union, delivered in 1-2 days. All DHL express shipments are made with DHL GOGREEN Climate Neutral shipping.
You can also choose free standard shipping delivered by Postnord in 3-6 days.


Rest of the world
Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free climate compensated express shipping with DHL to most countries outside the European Union, delivered in 1-2 days. All DHL express shipments are made with DHL GOGREEN Climate Neutral shipping.
For countries not covered by DHL we offer free standard shipping delivered by Postnord in 7-14 days.


All international orders outside the European Union are shipped delivery duties unpaid (Delivered At Place -DAP) which means that customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. To determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase please contact your local customs office.

Please note that shipments to rural areas may result in longer delivery times. This might also apply to shipments being held for inspection by the customs at the destination.
 

Payments

Sara Robertsson Jewellery AB accepts payment with all major credit card companies, Paypal and KLARNA. With KLARNA you can choose to Pay Now, Pay Later or Slice up your payment.

 

Returns

Sara Robertsson Jewelley wants you to be pleased with your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund of returned goods, subject to the following terms: Any unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their intact original packaging and shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable for international returns. Prior to shipping any return/exchange you must request a return authorization by contacting customercare@sararobertsson.com State your order number and the name of the item you wish to return including the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. All international returns are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed by Sara Robertsson Jewellery. Any customs, duties and taxes that might have been collected from you by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded.

Damaged or missing returns are your responsibility, therefore we recommend that you ship the return by registered mail. All exchanges will be carried out as soon as possible and within 2 weeks from the receipt of the returned item(s) depending on the item, and all refunds will be carried out within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that we do not offer return or exchange on special orders such as adjusted sizes, custom made designs or limited edition items.

 

Exchanges

Purchased items are only exchangeable into a different size and finish upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. All exchanges will be carried out as soon as possible and between 0-2 weeks from the receipt of the returned item(s) depending on the item. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different item, please return your item/s to Sara Robertsson Jewellery following the instructions above and simply purchase the new piece separately at sararobertsson.com Please note that we do not offer return or exchange on special orders such as adjusted sizes, custom made designs or limited edition items.

 

Quality guarantee
To enjoy and prolong the life of your jewellery, follow the care instructions carefully. Always treat your piece/s with care. If you receive an item classified as faulty or damaged you must contact us at customercare@sararobertsson.com within 7 days of receipt. State your order number and the name of the item and describe the damage. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. Sara Robertsson Jewellery quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Sara Robertsson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for:

-Changes, defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or aging.

-Any item damaged as a result of not following the care instructions for example damage caused by improper use or storing or by carelessness, for example by adjusting a ring or an earring post too vigorously.

If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Sara Robertsson Jewellery will repair/replace your order within 2-3 weeks upon receiving the return.
