Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders from our studio in Malmö, Sweden. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Sweden

Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 days.

Denmark

Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers free standard shipping on all orders to Denmark, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 days.

European Union

Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers climate compensated express shipping with DHL on international orders, delivered in 1-3 days. VAT is included in the product price. Shipping is included on all orders above €165, for orders below that the shipping cost is €20.

International

Sara Robertsson Jewellery offers climate compensated express shipping with DHL on international orders, delivered in 1-4 days. Taxes and duties are not included in the item price and where applicable will be collected by the carrier. Shipping is included on all orders above €250, for orders below that the shipping cost is €35.

Uncollected Parcels (International Orders)

If a shipment is not collected from the designated pickup point or delivery attempt and is returned to us, the order will not be considered a standard return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, duties or additional costs incurred as a result of the parcel being uncollected are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
